This KVKK Information Notice explains how Tagronic Teknoloji Yazılım Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi may process personal data and informs data subjects about the relevant processing activities.

Please do not submit special categories of personal data through the website.

Personal data may be collected through forms on tagronic.com, email, telephone, WhatsApp where you choose to contact Tagronic, newsletter registration, commercial or corporate communications, website and server technologies, and cookies or similar technologies where applicable.

5. Legal Bases

Depending on the processing activity, personal data may be processed on applicable legal grounds under Article 5 of Law No. 6698. These may include the establishment or performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, establishment, exercise or protection of a right, and the legitimate interests of the data controller provided that fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed.

Explicit consent is obtained where legally required. It is not treated as the default legal basis for every processing activity.

6. Transfers of Personal Data

Where necessary and legally permitted, personal data may be shared, limited to the relevant purpose, with categories such as:

• IT, infrastructure and technical service providers.
• Hosting and communication or email service providers where applicable.
• Analytics and measurement providers where applicable; the website uses Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads.

8. Retention

Personal data is retained only for the period necessary for the relevant processing purpose, for periods required by applicable legislation and for as long as necessary to establish, exercise or protect legal rights.

When the processing ground or retention need ends, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised in accordance with applicable obligations and company procedures. This notice does not set a specific numerical retention period.

9. Data Security

Tagronic seeks to apply technical and administrative safeguards appropriate to the nature of the processing to help prevent unlawful processing or access, loss or damage. No method of transmission over the internet can provide absolute security.

10. Data Subject Rights

Under Article 11 of Law No. 6698, and to the extent applicable, you may apply to the data controller to:

• Learn whether your personal data is processed.
• Request information if it has been processed.
• Learn the purposes of processing and whether the data is used in line with those purposes.
• Learn the third parties to whom personal data is transferred in Türkiye or abroad.
• Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data.
• Request deletion or destruction where the conditions under the Law are met.
• Request notification of correction, deletion or destruction to relevant third parties.
• Object to a result against you arising from analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems.
• Request compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.

11. Applications
