Tagronic treats automatic identification as more than device supply. We combine RFID, barcode, mobile data capture, industrial printing and labelling knowledge with the real conditions of warehouse, logistics, production, retail, healthcare and asset-tracking operations. Our aim is to help the data created in the field reach business systems at the right time and with the right context.
From hardware to workflow
A successful application is not determined by a reader, printer or mobile computer in isolation. Label surface, reader placement, user movement, network conditions, print volume and the existing software data model must be considered together. Tagronic plans device selection, labels and consumables, RFID antenna placement, barcode capture, mobile applications and output management within one project discipline.
RFID and automatic identification expertise
For RFID projects we assess product material, metal or liquid interference, read distance, speed and environmental durability before selecting a label and reader combination. On the barcode side we define the role of handheld, fixed and industrial scanners, mobile computers and printers in the process. Technology selection therefore becomes a technical decision based on the operating requirement, not a search for the most powerful device in a catalogue.
Integration with ERP, WMS and custom software
A reading or print event has limited value if it does not become a meaningful record in the business system. We therefore design data flows with ERP, WMS, production software, custom applications and reporting layers. The creation point for product, location, equipment, employee and movement data; the service or API that carries it; and error or retry scenarios are defined as part of the project design.
Discovery, pilot and controlled go-live
We begin by understanding the site and the target process. During discovery we review the current flow, bottlenecks, labelling points, user habits and integration expectations. We then prepare a feasible system design and run a pilot in a selected area. Label performance, read success, transaction time and data transfer are measured before the scope is expanded in a controlled way. This supports investment decisions with field evidence rather than assumptions.
Support for sustainable operations
Go-live is the beginning of operation, not the end of the project. We support correct device use, suitable consumables, coordinated monitoring of software and hardware, and the addition of new requirements without breaking the existing design. Whether the next step is maintenance, improvement, capacity increase or another site, we aim to preserve the technical decisions that make the system dependable.

We evaluate a project by the reliability, traceability and manageability it brings to the operation, not by the length of a delivery list.
